RETURNS
Returns for any unused items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please message me with 7 days of receiving your order and I will assist you with return shipping and provide a return label for your convenience. All items must be returned in their original packaging and be undamaged and unused. Refunds (minus shipping costs) will be initiated within 3 business days of receiving your return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
I package all items as carefully as possible, but occasionally items are damaged in transit. If this should happen, please get in touch as soon as your item arrives and I'll be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.
LOST ITEMS
It's rare for packages to be lost in transit, but in the event that your item is lost on its way to you, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers to assist if this should happen.

CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!
Please double check your shipping address at checkout! If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, I have no way to redirect your order and must wait until the post office returns it to me to assist with a replacement or forward.
