Children's ABC Picture Book, What do Animals do on the Weekend?

What do Animals Do on the Weekend? This children's book is one that I wrote and illustrated using linocut prints. The story imagines what animals do when we aren't watching them: bobcats play in a blues band, penguins go on a picnic, mice go to the moon, and tigers dance the tango. Each part of the story has whimsical alliteration and fun facts about animals, and each illustration features hidden objects that begin with each featured letter of the alphabet. Fun to read aloud, it brings a little bit of "I spy" to story time, too.

This book is hardback and comes with the original dust jacket. Originally published by Novello Festival Press, it's currently out of print and only available in limited quantities. Each copy is autographed by me, the author. :)
