Duck Pond Linocut Block Print

This original art print, "Duck Pond," was printed by hand using a linocut block. This process begins by hand-carving a linoleum block with an image, then inking the block and using the press to print the image onto the paper. This block is printed on soft, heavyweight 100% cotton Stonehenge printmaking paper that is acid-free and archival. Linocut printing is a lovely process that allows the paper to pick up some of the stray marks (or "chatter") left intentionally on the block. Each print is signed and dated.
