"Autumn Fawn" Linocut Block Print

This original art print, "Autumn Fawn," was letterpress printed with a hand-carved linocut block. This process begins by carving a linoleum block with an image, then inking the block and using the press to print the image onto the paper. This block is printed on soft, heavyweight 100% cotton printmaking paper that is acid-free and archival, which means it will last for years to come. Linocut printing is a lovely process that allows the paper to pick up some of the stray marks (or "chatter") left intentionally on the block for texture. Each print is signed and dated. Available printed in black ink and a deep midnight blue.
