Q: How long will it take my order to arrive? 
A: It usually takes me 2-3 days to process your order, unless otherwise noted in an item's listing. My default shipping method is USPS First Class or Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2-6 days to arrive, depending on your location. You may upgrade to USPS Priority shipping at checkout, which typically takes 2-4 days to arrive. 

Q: My order has not arrived. Can you help? 
A: Delays do happen with USPS, but if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping date, please get in touch via Lauren[at]faulkenberryarts.com and I'm happy to help.

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: Returns are accepted if they are initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact me at Lauren[at]faulkenberryarts.com. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping) unless the return is due to a mistake on my part (such as shipping the wrong item). Personalized items are not returnable. 

Q: My item arrived, but was damaged in transit. What should I do?
A: I pack items as carefully as possible, but sometimes damage can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, message me at Lauren[at]FaulkenberryArts.com and I'm happy to help. Be sure to take photos of the damaged packaging and items, since that will help with the replacement/claims process.
